Over $340,000 Raised Through #iGiveCatholic
At 8pm on December 3, Duchesne President Paul Boschert ’77, members of the Advancement Team, and students fired off streamers amid shouts of joy and gratitude as the school met and exceeded this year’s goal of $300,000 for its 3rd annual #iGiveCatholic Giving Tuesday campaign.
The 12-hour stream-a-thon celebrated all things Duchesne, with programming that included interviews with faculty, students, and alumni.
"To be a part of #iGiveCatholic was such a blessing!" said Duchesne junior Eve McGowan. "Being a part of witnessing everyone working together in our community and seeing the money we were able to raise makes me eager for Duchesne’s future, and I love seeing our Pioneer Nation grow."
As of December 12, donations have exceeded $340,000, making Duchesne #1 in the state and #7 nationally among the 2000+ Catholic organizations participating in #iGiveCatholic 2025. Duchesne was awarded both $1,000 grand prizes for Most Dollars Raised and Most Unique Donors.
“We are deeply grateful for this amazing show of support and belief in our mission of shaping leaders in mind, body, and spirit,” said Director of Advancement Becky Williamson. "Every donation, no matter the size, is a step toward shaping the future of our school community."
The contributions will support capital improvements such as an upgrade to the school’s varsity and PE locker rooms, educational enrichment, and the endowment fund.
