  • The deadline for all other 2025 Duchesne Dream Raffle drawings is Friday, May 9, 2025.
  • The grand prize through fifth-place Duchesne Dream Raffle winners will be determined electronically and announced on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
  • The drawings for Free Tuition and Half Off Tuition will be determined electronically and announced on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Eligibility:

  • Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all eligibility requirements set forth herein through the raffle drawing. Duchesne High School reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
  • Only Missouri residents are eligible to participate.
  • To be eligible to purchase a ticket and/or win any prize, you must be at least 18 years old and physically present in Missouri at the time of purchase.
  • A ticket purchased by an ineligible person is void, and cannot be a winning ticket. No refunds will be made to ineligible purchasers.
  • The determinations of Duchesne are final and binding with respect to any matter arising out of the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions. Duchesne Dream Raffle tickets cost $100 each and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

Ticket Details:

  • Only 3,500 tickets will be sold.
  • In the event that a minimum of 2,750 tickets are not sold, Duchesne High School may award 20 pro-rated cash prizes in lieu of the grand prize and second- through fifth-place prizes. (This has never occurred. To date, all prizes have been awarded.)
  • Tickets may sell out before the date of the raffle drawing. The chances of winning are based on the number of tickets sold. If fewer tickets are sold, the chances of winning the prizes improve. All tickets have an equal chance to win.
  • Tickets will be sold online only.
  • There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase, but individual online purchases may not exceed 25 tickets per order.
  • A ticket represents a chance to win the opportunity to accept an offer of the stated prize. All sales of tickets are final, and no refunds will be paid, except in Duchesne High School’s sole and absolute discretion.
  • Tickets, prizes, receipts, and any winner’s rights are not transferable.
  • Duchesne High School reserves the right to reject any ticket reservation request that is submitted with payment that does not constitute “good funds.” A ticket issued for a credit card charge that was declined, invalid, stolen, or unauthorized is void and cannot be a winning ticket.
  • All ticket reservations must be received and/or purchased by the indicated deadline(s). Any orders received after these deadlines will be ineligible. Duchesne High School assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered online purchase attempts or any other failure to receive orders prior to the drawing deadlines.
  • Ticket numbers will be electronically assigned.
  • A random number generator will be used to pull the prize-winning numbered tickets.
  • Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be announced by name, not ticket number.
  • Subsequently, winners will also be notified in writing via email with a W-9 form attachment. Each winner must accept the prize “as is” and return the completed W-9 form within 10 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • All proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit Duchesne High School in St. Charles, MO.
  • Tickets are not deductible as a charitable donation for federal income tax purposes according to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
  • Your ticket makes you eligible for all prizes for which the deadline has not passed, such as the Early Bird and Grand Prize drawings.

Ticket Buyer Details:

  • Buyer prizes include the following:
    • 5 $1,000 Early Bird drawing prizes. (Winner remains eligible for other prizes as well.)

    • 5 fourth-place prize winners of $750 cash each.

  • Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Duchesne High School to use the winner’s name, picture, video image, and relevant quotes to promote the Duchesne Dream Raffle, and agreement by the winner that the prize will not be used for fundraising for another charity.
  • The winner of each prize shall have no rights in or to the prize itself until the winner has been verified as eligible by Duchesne High School, has timely executed the W-9 and returned it to DHS, and until delivery of the prize to the winner has been completed. Until that time, each prize remains the sole property of Duchesne High School.
