Scholarships & Financial Aid

Duchesne seeks to educate students who share our commitment to academic excellence and service to the community. To recognize the achievements of these students, a number of prestigious scholarships have been established at Duchesne and are available to incoming freshmen. Families are able to combine scholarships with financial aid and work-study opportunities, making tuition costs more manageable. Please refer to the navigation sidebar for a list of scholarships available to freshmen and application forms.

Work Study Program

While Duchesne's comparatively low tuition makes it an outstanding value among private high schools in the St. Louis area, we understand the significant sacrifice many families make in order to afford a Catholic education for their children.

The President's, Principal's, and Dean's scholarships are automatic when criteria are met. Applications are not required.

Tuition Assistance is determined individually. All families requesting tuition assistance must fill out the FACTS online financial assessment by Monday, February 10, 2025. FACTS online link

Additional tuition assistance is available through various scholarships as noted under Scholarships at left. Applications for these scholarships are due by Saturday, March 15, 2025. (Awardees of these scholarships will be notified by Thursday, April 10, 2025.)

Our Work Study program is an opportunity for students to work off tuition during the summer months. The dates for work study are detailed on the application. Applications for work study are due by Saturday, March 15, 2025. A limited number of spots are available in each work study session.

Please refer to the navigation sidebar for tuition assistance options. If you have questions about our scholarships or the financial aid process, please contact bwilliamson@duchesne-hs.org.
