I understand that all school issued uniforms and team gear is property of Duchesne High School and will be returned to the head coach at the end of the sports season.  I understand that if my child fails to return ALL gear that was issued to him/her, I will be charged a fine.  Furthermore, I understand that if I do not pay the fine, my child’s grades will not be released.
